The company serves over 1,000 clients worldwide and is expanding its presence in Australia. Position: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth across Australia’s acute healthcare and elective care sectors. This role is ideal for a self-starter with expertise in Enterprise Software / SaaS sales and a deep understanding of healthcare technology. You will manage the full sales cycle, build executive relationships, and promote solutions including EHR, Case Management & Care Coordination, and Patient Flow / Operational Optimisation. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Manage full sales cycles: prospecting, discovery, presenting solutions, negotiating, and closing deals. Promote software solutions across EHR, case management, and patient flow platforms. Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital executives and decision-makers. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts. Lead responses to RFIs, RFPs, and tenders. Collaborate with marketing and product teams on campaigns and go-to-market strategies. Represent the company at industry events and conferences. Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or MBA; relevant industry qualifications a plus. Minimum 10 years’ experience in SaaS or enterprise software sales, with 5 years in healthcare software. Experience selling into the acute healthcare, elective care, or hospital operational workflows. Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work independently. Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, MS Office, and video conferencing tools. Willingness to travel within Australia. Entrepreneurial, adaptable, strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills.
